Silverbirch Highland Counselling was founded by Mandie Fitzpatrick (MBACP).

Qualified in person centered counselling and psychotherapy in her home town of Inverness, in the Highlands of Scotland with additional Strathclyde Uni training in child and adolesent counselling.

Having worked for many years in the counselling field, Mandie is confident in working with individuals and the issues they may face.

Coming from a large family background, she is aware of the stresses that can come from family life and the challenges life can throw at you.

Mandie’s love of the outdoors has brought about her desire to offer counselling in nature.

Mandie works with adults and young people over 12 and is experienced in working with life challenges such as:
